Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: Public-Private Partnership of the Goa government has invited fresh bids to construct a 5000-seater world-class International Convention Centre at Dona Paula in public-private partnership (PPP) mode on Design-Build-Finance-Operate-and-Transfer (DBFOT) basis. The concessionaire will have to build facilities, including a 5000-seater Convention Hall, 300-room convention hotel, four-screen theater, retail mall, etc. The project is set at 98,299 sq meters, i.e., 24.29 acres of prime land at Dona Paula.
