BICHOLIM: About 100 people today marched towards the Bicholim police station demanding proper investigation and arrest of all the accused in the rape case of a minor girl. It may be stated that Bicholim police had arrested 19-year-old Arman Khan from Muslimwada Bicholim in connection with raping a 15-year-old girl from Bicholim area. The police complaint mentions that the panch has threatened to kill both of them.
