Goemkarponn desk SALIGAO: Even as the government, panchayats and the heath workers are working round the clock to bring the pandemic under control there have been instances of COVID19 positive patients and relatives seen roaming irresponsibly. Residents of Saligao, in North Goa have complained that the COVID19 patients or their relatives are roaming freely during isolation period and complaints to police have borne no fruits. Locals said that the positive patients and the relatives are seen in markets and when questioned start arguments.
