The TMC said that it is a landmark Housing Rights scheme that aims to secure the Housing Rights of Goenkars, a constitutional duty of any government and is interpreted as a Fundamental Right under Article 21 (Right To Life). Morjim saw a triple rescue, where two males and one female aged 24-32 years were rescued by Drishti lifesaver Jillu Parab who was equipped with a rescue tube.
