All Goa Merchants Association has decides to shut down market shops in municipality areas on Jan 7 against new Goa Municipality Act Ordinance, which was promulgated earlier this week. The merchants, during their meeting held in Mapusa, also decided to hold day-long agitation at Azad Maidan, Panaji.
