Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: Office of the Secretary (Revenue)/ Member Secretary (SEC & SDMA) Government of Goa has issued an order directing the municipalities and panchayats to monitor COVID19 positive patients. “Patients who are COVID positive and are under home isolation need to be monitored for their strict isolation to avoid spread of infection. Panchayats/Municipal bodies are requested to monitor these persons for ensuring the same,” saya the order.
