Team Goemkarponn Kundaim: An accident involving multiple vehicles occurred at around 8.15 am on Tuesday opposite Jayesh General Store at Manaswada Junction, Kundaim, Ponda, Goa. The mishap involved a Maruti Eco car bearing registration number GA05J3135, three scooters and a truck. The scooters involved were a Yamaha Fascino (GA07AA0907), a TVS NTorq (GA05Q6348) and a TVS iQube electric scooter (GA05R4412). Team Goemkarponn SANCOALE: In yet another tragic incident highlighting the growing crisis of student mental health, a 20-year-old female student of BITS Pilani was found dead in her hostel room late on Sunday night, in what police suspect to be a case of suicide. The deceased has been identified as Vaishnavi, daughter of Jitesh, a third-year student of Electronics and Communication Engineering. According to police sources, she allegedly ended her life by hanging herself from a ceiling fan using a bedsheet. Team Goemkarponn TUEM: The Government Hospital and Research Centre at Tuem, linked to Goa Medical College (GMC), was inaugurated today by Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant.
