Team Goemkarponn CURCHOREM: An unidentified person died on the spot after being hit by a train at Curchorem railway station on Thursday. Following the incident, Railway Police and Curchorem Police personnel rushed to the spot and initiated an investigation into the matter. A 108 ambulance remained stationed at the railway station for around four hours while the Railway Police conducted the panchnama and completed the necessary formalities. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. Further details regarding the incident are awaited.
