Team Goemkarponn PANAJI: The Goa State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has agreed to issue English question papers to certain Konkani and Urdu medium schools this academic year, ensuring students are not disadvantaged. Of the 70 Konkani medium primary schools in the state, six have requested English question papers as they follow English as the medium of instruction.
