With the dismissal of the SLP, the apex court has brought an end to the long-standing dispute, ensuring that the 2002 batch Inspectors will retain their rightful seniority along with all consequential service benefits. The Goa Police was represented before the Supreme Court by Senior Advocate Atmaram N.S. Nadkarni, along with advocates Galileo Teles and Salvador Santosh Rebello (AoR).
