Team Goemkarponn CUNCOLIM: A 46-year-old man from Chinchinim was found dead at his residence in the early hours of September 14. Police said the deceased, John Viegas of Deussa, Chinchinim, was discovered unconscious by his sister-in-law, Lenucia Cardozo, who immediately shifted him to South Goa District Hospital, Margao, where doctors declared him brought dead. An inquest panchanama was conducted, and postmortem revealed the cause of death as congestive cardiac failure consequent to dilated cardiomyopathy.
