CORTALIM: Basic amenities such as better road connectivity, uninterrupted power supply and water supply will be the priority of works to be undertaken in Cortalim, says Cortalim MLA Antonio Vas.
Speaking to the reporters after the commencement of the road tarrying work in the Cortalim area, MLA Antonio Vas said that his main priority will be to give better facilities to the local people of Cortalim, who all are facing acute water shortage, poor road conditions and interrupted power supply.
He further said that he will focus on giving uninterrupted power and water supply and better roads in Cortalim.
On Saturday morning, road hot-mixing work worth Rs. 1 crore 42 lakhs from Tari point to Santrat-Cortalim started in the presence of Cortalim MLA Antonio Vas.
Vas further informed that this internal road tarrying will continue to Thana, Pajentar, Chaudir and other internal places soon.
