Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Saturday the Chief Minister directed the officials to work proactively to build sustainable and skilled human resources in the state.
Sawant chaired a meeting today along with Minister for Skill Development Vishwajit Rane with the officials of Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
In the meeting, the Chief Minister directed the officials to work proactively to build sustainable and skilled human resources in the state, said the CMs social media handles.
He also urged them to work on the aspect of Industrial Interface to meet the practical requirements of a company.
Meanwhile, taking to social media Minister for Skill Development wrote, “Grateful to CM Dr Pramod Sawant for granting relief to Industries in the state for annual instalment of land lease premium for the financial year 2020-2021”.
Rane was reacting to the package announced by CM for industries on Friday.
“With this development we hope to enhance industries in the state and offer fruitful opportunities in terms of revenue, developments & employment to the people,” he said.
Further, following opposition to IIT, he said IIT in Guleli-Sattari is a feather in the cap of Goa.
“It will put Goa on the global educational map. With this, there will be tremendous opportunities not only for people of Sattari & Usgao but the entire state of Goa,” he said.
