PANJIM; The Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawantin presence of MLA Panaji, Mayor CCP ,EDC Chairman and state BJP President Tanawade, CCP Commissioner Sanjit Rodrigues, CCP councillors, historians Dr Celsa Pinto, Dr Nandkumar Kamat, Sanjiv Sardessai, Prajal Sakhardande, Ex Councillor Patricia Pinto paid rich tributes to 15 martyrs of Panaji killed on 13 December 1788 for participating in Pintos revolt 1787 by laying wreath at the martyrs memorial Salvador de Souza garden in Panaji and announced that henceforth state government would officially observe this day.
