“Today have a look at the hospitals which are inuagurated, they are all in incomplete stage. Simply do not lay foundation stones to show people as elections are on the corner. Bills of contractors worth Rs 350 cr are still pending before government,” said Dhavalikar
He also brought to the notice that same pattern of just laying foundation stones was done by Former Laxmikant Parsekar.

Speaking on the free water scheme, Sudin said claimed that it was him who moved the file for providing free water to the needy when he was the PWD minister in 2016 for judicious use of water.
Dhavalikar said during his tenure as PWD Minister the government held several meetings and brought NRW down to 25 to 30 percent but now again it has crossed 40 per cent.
Dhavalikar said that the government been losing crores of rupees worth revenue through water theft and it should control this now itself to avoid further loss. About 40% water is stolen.
“Since water is essential commodity and on an average around 16000 litres were consumed by family of four, we had decided to provide 16 cubic meters of water free to the people and file was proposed in 2016 under Judicious Scheme of JICA project. However the same could not be launched due to some reason during the tenure of the then Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar and also in 2017,” Dhavalikar said
