CANACONA: Keeping touch with the families, Canacona Congressmen meet women of the remote Khotigao village.
According to congressmen, the women expressed the tough life they are going through in Khotigao village.
“It is very sad and heart-touching hearing the grievances and problems faced by the women of that remote part of Khotigao in their day-to-day lives. We spent a few hours talking, listening to them and promised them that we will definitely take their problems and issues ahead and help them in the best way possible through the congress working style’”, informed Canacona Congress Block Mahila President Mrs Ursula Costa.
Incidentally, Costa and her team members along with Gen.Secretary South Goa District Block Committee Gaspar Coutinho met and interacted with the women to understand their difficulties on Saturday.
