VERNA/ MAPUSA: South district team led by PI Curchorem and Verna has booked three accused involved in bike stunts at Curchorem and Verna, which were viral on social media.
They have been arrested, and a motorcycle has been seized.
Similarly, one was arrested by Mapusa Police for performing stunts on the public road and endangering the life of the public.
As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi, one video was uploaded and circulated on Social Media regarding one Youth performing stunts.
In this respect team of staff of Mapusa Police Station was constituted, and staff after efforts, identified the Place at Internal road, IDC, Dattawadi, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa.
Further, the rider was identified as Yasin Mulla S/o Abdul Mulla, aged 20 years R/o Dangui Colony, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa and the scooter used in the alleged act is TVS NTORQ bearing registration No. GA-03-AQ-7945
Further, an FIR was registered U/Sec. 279, 336 IPC, Sec 3, 129, 177, 184, 192 of M.V. Act against Yasin Mulla S/o Abdul Mulla, aged 20 years R/o Dangui Colony, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa.
Further, Yasin Mulla S/o Abdul Mulla, aged 20 years R/o Dangui Colony, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa, is arrested, and a scooter used in a crime is taken into custody. The investigation is in progress.
