Panaji: Doctorate Awarded to Hon. Speaker of Goa Legislative Assembly Shri Ramesh Tawadkar for Human excellence award 2024 at Mumbai. Hon. Speaker & MLA Canacona awarded this Honorary Doctorate for his humanity work with the auspicious hands of his excellency Indian Origin Dr. Madhu Krishan, Founder, Chairman & Chief Rector of The American University California, USA.
This function was organised by Empower Social and Educational Trust, Mumbai as “Bharat Nirman Award-2024 ” at Kohinoor Continental Hotel Mumbai.
The award was confirmed for his humanity’s work since 1998.
1. Strengthening of Tribal life since 1998.
2. For Agriculture Development in Goa, he was felicitated by “Karmanya Award” in the hands of Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra ji Modi in year 2015.
3. Strengthening of Rural Quality Education through Shri Balram Education society at Canacona, Goa.
4. “Lokotsav” has been organised since 2000 as a unique Brand of Goa for the celebration of “Traditional Goan Culture”.
5. Providing Shram Dham livelihood homes for the poorest people through social movement.
This honorary Doctorate is awarded to Dr Ramesh Tawadkar for his excellent Social Contribution in all above fields.
