PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has reiterated the government’s commitment to realizing the vision of Viksit Goa 2047, stating that the Goa Vikas Manthan initiative reflects the collective aspirations and expertise of Goans across various sectors.
The development blueprint for the state emerged from a one-day symposium held on December 15, 2024, which brought together thought leaders, domain experts, and key stakeholders to deliberate on Goa’s future.
“In follow-up to the symposium, I held a meeting with the Chief Secretary, all Government Secretaries, Heads of Departments, and representatives from Vivek SPARC to kickstart the implementation of the report’s key recommendations,” the Chief Minister said.
The roadmap aims to guide Goa’s long-term development strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, innovation, and inclusive governance as the state works toward the 2047 milestone.
