PANJIM: The state government today has appointed Adv. Shailendra Gurudas Bhobe as Public Prosecutor with immediate effect to appear on behalf of the State in the High Court of Bombay at Goa.
The above Public Prosecutor shall function under the administrative control of the office of the Ld. Advocate General and the work allotted by him.
The said appointment has the consent of the Chief Justice, High Court of Bombay under Section 24 of Cr.PC, 1973 as conveyed vide letter No 4102/2020-1494 dated 17/12/2020,
