MARGAO: As India combats the recent surge in Covid-19 cases, Konkan Railway donated Personal Protective Equipment’s to the South Goa District Hospital as a part of Social Responsibility initiative.
The donation which included 200 no’s each of PPE kits, safety goggles, N95 masks, face shields, nitrite hand gloves, headcovers and disposable bags were handed over to Dr Deepa, Medical Superintendent of South Goa District Hospital, Margao.
In the past, Konkan Railway has risen to the needs of the nation and despite the ongoing pandemic, the railways is continuing its commitment to the welfare of the countrymen by running special trains over its route and by transporting essential services across India.
Konkan Railway constantly strives to provide a safe and comfortable journey to passengers travelling on our route and joins hands in supporting the nation in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic.
