BAGA: Susan Ainemukama, a 28-year-old Ugandan national, was arrested by the Calangute Police for suspicious activity in the Baga area.
Ainemukama was unable to present legitimate travel documentation and was unable to give adequate justifications for her presence in the region during an initial investigation.
The police filed an offense under the Foreigners Order, 1948 (Section 7 (1) (3)) and the Foreigners Act, 1946 (Section 14) after she failed to follow the law.
On November 18, she was subsequently taken into custody.
