PARRA: A Liberian national was caught staying illegally in Goa without valid documents, police said. At around 6:30 PM on June 10, PSI Bablo Parab of Mapusa Police Station received a complaint regarding Jaso Freeman, a Liberian citizen born in Monrovia. Freeman, who resides in Boquenchi Aradi, Parra, Bardez, was found to be staying in Goa without the required visa or legal permission from the authorities. His passport, issued on April 24, 2024, and valid until April 24, 2029, did not include the necessary visa to remain in India legally. PSI Pandhari Chopdekar was involved in the investigation. Further legal proceedings are underway.
