PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant has stated that the investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a minor involving Crime Branch Police Inspector Vikas Dayekar is currently underway.
Reacting to the case, the Chief Minister said that the investigation is progressing and indicated that Dayekar would be arrested.
On the Excise cash-for-jobs fraud case involving Ajit Shankhwalkar, Sawant assured that the accused would be traced and caught soon.
