PANAJI: Bollywood actress Poonam Pandey has been caught in legal trouble in nude photoshoots and videography in Goa, with Goa Police filing a charge sheet.
Earlier in the year 2020, a case was registered against Poonam Pandey. Poonam Pandey is accused of violating the rules by making objectionable videos on Chapoli Dam.
Police said that an offence under relevant sections of the IPC was registered based on the complaint lodged by the assistant engineer, subdivision II, works division XI, water resources department.
Apart from Poonam Pandey, Goa Police has also included her husband Sam Bombay in this case.
It is worth mentioning that Poonam Pandey, along with her husband Sam, had come to visit Canacona in the year 2020. Where Poonam Pandey is accused of wrongly shooting the video in a public place.
Not only this, but Poonam Pandey also shared that video on Instagram, which later went viral. Angry locals complained to the police against Poonam. After which, a case was registered against Poonam.
