VALPOI: Minister Vishwajit Rane held a significant meeting with the committee members of the Shri Ravalnath Shantadurga Devasthan and the Chairperson of the Valpoi Municipal Council (VMC), Prasanna Gawas, in Valpoi. During this meeting, Rane addressed several key developmental projects and assured the committee that the construction of the Shri Ravalnath Shantadurga Mahadev Devasthan Mantap would be a top priority.
Minister Vishwajit Rane, who holds portfolios including Forest, Public Health, Urban Development, Town & Country Planning, and Women & Child Development, emphasized the importance of several ongoing and upcoming projects in the region. One of the key discussions centered around the inauguration of the football ground at Massordem, which has been developed with natural grass and seating arrangements by the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) under the Valpoi Municipal Council. This facility is set to be inaugurated this month.
Rane reassured the committee members that the construction of the Shri Ravalnath Shantadurga Mahadev Devasthan Mantap would be undertaken as a top priority. This assurance is significant for the local community, as the Devasthan is a revered religious site and the construction of the Mantap is expected to enhance its facilities and appeal.
