PONDA: After a successful meeting at Azad Maidan attended by a huge crowd response facing rain, the RG Members now expect a similar crowded meeting at Aguiar Ground Ponda on Saturday at 6.30, which will be addressed by RG head Manoj Parab beside local leaders from Ponda, Marcaim, Shiroda and Priol.
Addressing media RG Member Vishwesh Parab and local leaders said, “We expect a huge crowd for this meeting. Azad Maidan RG meeting was a big success.”
He said at the meeting RG would make a surprise announcement.
He said RG is planning to contest election in all four constituencies of Ponda, and all the problems people face will find solutions.
He said Ponda Sub District Hospital need CT scan Machine, similarly, Pondaitees face parking, water, electricity problems.
“We will take all issues with the vision document for Ponda,” he stated.
He said he expected a meeting big success on Saturday evening and urged Pondaitees to attend in large numbers.
“We want revolution in Goa. We will delete the migrants voter ID cards as they have dual voting cards in Goa and their native state. The migrant voters have large base in Ponda,” he stated.
Vishwesh said voters can vote either in Goa or their native state. “We will ask to cancel double voting right.”
