MARGAO: Margao Town Police have registered a theft case following the reported stealing of a scooter from the parking lot behind the Margao Municipal Council in Margao.
As per police information, the complaint was filed by Priya Antao, a resident of Pontemol, Cacora. The incident occurred on 16th February 2026 at around 4:30 pm.
Unknown accused person(s) allegedly committed theft of her Jupiter scooter, valued at approximately ₹45,000, which had been parked in the open parking area behind the council building.
Margao Town Police have registered the offence, and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Shubham Gaunkar.
