BICHOLIM: In a shocking incident, a Police complaint has been filed against Sanjay Naik and Ashok Naik for allegedly assaulting and physically attacking Fatgo Palkar Talathi of Mencurem-Dhumashem V.P. while discharging his lawful duties.
As per information, the accused have been identified as Sanjay Naik and Ashok Naik both r/o Mencurem-Bicholim. Due to the attack Palkar sustained bodily injuries.
Police said that both with their common intention abused the complaint in bad words and assaulted him with helmet and physically attacked on him while he was discharging his lawful duties as Govt. servant and caused ham bodily injuries, over the issue of site inspection of the property in Survey No. 89/1, 39/14 and 39/13 of Mencurem Village, Bicholim Goa.
