The State government recently announced the starting of tourism season, allowing fully vaccinated tourists in the State or Antigen Covid19 negative certificate. This has led to a massive crowd in the State, with tourists thronging the coastal State from almost every part of the country.
However, this has brought lawlessness in the State; the tourists are seen roaming without masks, social distancing. Thus flouting every given norm of the State.
Shockingly, while every neighbouring State has blocked entry to Kerala people or at least made the RT-PCR test mandatory, including Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa is still sleeping over the issue.
Why not the CM Dr Pramod Sawant is too busy with his election yatras.
Moreover, the tourism season began with a bang with cases registered against the tourists.
The last time the tourists entered Goa during Christmas & New Year, they wreaked havoc, killing many innocent Goans.

Now, we all understand it is essential for the State economy to be back on track. Starting tourism was mandatory with the stakeholders across the State facing the financial crunch due to COVID19-induced lockdowns.
But really, did we ask for such kind of tourism? Where are law and order? How were the tourists allowed to enter Goa with a pistol?
This is called the actual destruction of Goa. This gives an indication that Goa is heading the way of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
Today, no woman can feel safe in this environment, and the police, politicians, and politicians seem to be mute spectators.
