PANAJI: Goa Police has arrested two Karnataka natives for driving in a dangerous way keeping all four doors open.
The accused has been identified as Fahidh Hamaza (37 years old) and a native of Dharwad Karnataka.
“As soon as we saw the video, the car was seized, and the driver was arrested. We have also challaned the said driver; all occupants of the car were tourists, said SP North Nidhin Valsan.
He further said that the driver was driving the fo
ur-wheeler in a rash and dangerous way.
“FIR No 69/23 U/s 279,336 IPC and sec 184(f) M V Act,” said Goa Police.
A video of the Maruti Ritz Car was going viral on social media. The said car driver was driving the car with all four doors open.
The incident was recorded from behind by another occupant.
