BAMBOLIM: Union Minister for social justice and empowerment Thawar Chand Gehlot today met Union AYUSH Minister Shripad Naik at Goa Medical College hospital and enquired about his health.
“His condition is good He spoke to me,” said Gehlot after the meeting. Gehlot is in Goa to participate in various programmes scheduled by his department including distribution of Rs 2.5 crore worth aids to around 2,500 persons with various disabilities in Goa.
Naik is undergoing treatment at a Goa Medical College hospital following an accident last week. Naik, along with his wife and personal assistant, were on their way to Gokarna from Yellapur. His wife Vijaya Naik and the personal assistant died in the accident.
