PANAJI: Accused Zenito Cardozo has approached the Bombay High Court at Goa, challenging the charges framed against him by the Sessions Court in connection with the Rama Kankonkar assault case.
The High Court has issued notices seeking responses from the Goa government, Panaji Police and complainant Rama Kankonkar.
The matter has been posted for hearing on September 24, 2026.
