PANAJI: In a shocking incident, three labourers filling potholes on Mondovi bridge were hit by a speeding car.
All the 3 labourers were injured and were admitted to GMC. However, one succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
As per information, the 3 labourers were filling the potholes by using the jet patcher machine when an accident happened.
Police have arrested the said car driver who was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol.
