COLVALE: A 71-year-old man from Colvale died while undergoing treatment at Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC), Bambolim, on August 30, 2026.
According to police, GMC Bambolim informed them at around 1 pm that the patient, identified as Digambar Khorjuvekar, aged 71, a resident of Tarwada, Colvale, Bardez, had died in Ward No. 120.
Police enquiry revealed that Khorjuvekar had been admitted to Ward No. 108 at GMC Bambolim on August 29 after reportedly suffering a fall at his residence.
Further investigation is in progress with PSI Dattaraj Rane.
