PANAJI: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Delhi Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam today said that Goans are eagerly in want of governance based on Delhi model with good facilities and door step delivery of social welfare schemes.
Gautam today arrived in Goa wherein he is expected to chair certain meetings with state leaders and office bearers.
“I am sure that Goans are eagerly in want of governance based on Delhi model with good facilities. Corruption should stop in Goa, Goans want a good governance,” said Gautam
He further said that if AAP is voted to power in coming elections, all social welfare scheme present at Delhi will be incorporated here in Goa.
“Various schemes will give to people as door to door delivery and people will not have to knock on MLA’s or Ministers doors. Schemes in Delhi are given schemes in dignity,” he said
The minister said that Pramod Sawant announcing free water scheme is good but why during elections why were such schemes not done long before.
“Law and Order, Health and Education, Infrastructure in villages, financial support to the youth so that through various coaching they can achieve their dreams, and transport system,” he added
He also said that a scheme will be launched where students will get a chance to choose the coaching center as per their wishes and can also take admission in big coaching institutes. Apart from this, one can also study in government-empaneled institutions.
Speaking on alliance, AAP Leader said that nothing is official as of now and the Sudin Dhavalikar just gave a courtesy visit to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
“Only AAP can give the people of Goa a clean government with good intentions, which is why we will fight the 2022 elections,” he said
Meanwhile, former Goa Shivsena Chief and Gomantak Bhandari Samaj Leader Upendra Gaonkar today joined AAP along with his supporters in presence of AAP Delhi Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam.
