CANACONA: Agonda and Khola villages once again remain without power for the whole of coming Monday for monsoon preparedness and termination of newly laid underground cable.
In a public notice, Canacona Assistant Engineer (Electricity) informed that a power shutdown will be arranged for line maintenance , tree cutting work, to carry pre-monsoon activities and termination of underground cable at Agonda, Khola.
The areas at the entire village panchayat at Khola, village panchayat Agonda , and part of Devabhag, Adpem and Nuvem serviced by the 11 KV Agonda Feeder will have no power supply on Monday, the 12th May’2025 between 09.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs.
AE has requested the affected residents to cooperate and bear with the electricity department to complete the much needed works.
