MARGAO: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has laid the foundation stone for launching of the work on the six-lane Rawanfond bridge
“All the developmental projects of Margao will be taken up and completed in the next four years with an aim to make the town the second capital of the state,’ said CM Sawant after laying the foundation stone for Six lanes Rawanfond bridge
He further said that the government has decided to take up the construction of the new Margao bus stand, which is a long-pending demand of the people of South Goa.
“A new medical college, affiliated with the South Goa hospital, will also be built in Margao in the next couple of years. The Sonsoddo waste management issue will also be resolved soon. We want to make Margao the second capital of the state,” Sawant said
Meanwhile, Margao MLA Digambar Kamat said that the Foundation stone of Road Over Bridge and Improvement and Widening of the road from Khareband Bridge to Rawanfond Circle laid at the hands of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant in the presence of all BJP Karyakartas and well-wishers.
Kamat also lauded Modi for his visionary development of the country, which has not only brought great respect to the country but also put it on the right track to becoming a world superpower
“We will work hard to see that PM Modi and our BJP will win the Lok Sabha elections for the third time,” he said.
