The income limit to avail the scheme has also been increased to Rs 8 lakh per annum. “All permanent residents of Goa residing in Goa for last 15 years and figuring in the voters list, including minor dependents, whose family income does not exceed Rs. 8,00,000/- per annum, shall be eligible for the medical facilities under Goa Mediclaim Scheme,” states the notification issued in this regards.
