New Delhi: In a bid to make athletes self-reliant after retirement, sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Thursday launched the ‘Retired Sportsperson Empowerment Training’ (RESET) programme, aimed at making them employable with “necessary skills and knowledge”.
