According to Canacona PI Chandrakant Gawas, Tulshidas Kankonkar, 49, a resident of Kindlem committed suicide by hanging in one of the room rafter of his house. It is however not known what has conspired to take the extre step. Kankonkar is survived by his Wife and two sons. His body is cremated at Kindlem on Saturday. Goemkarponn desk VASCO: Vasco Police has arrested three persons for committing theft of supply fitting worth Rs 12.85 lakhs from Public Works Department (PWD) storeroom at Sada.
