Goemkarponn desk PERNEM: A lady and her 15 months old girl child died on the spot when the car in which they were travelling collided against a truck Torsem-Pernem. The occupants (Family) were travelling from Pune to Goa when the accident happened. Information reveals that it was a head-on collision between a car and truck.
