Goemkarponn Desk MARGAO: South Goa special court has granted 3 months exemption to Minister Babush Monserrate from appearing before it in 2008 Panaji Police station attack case. His wife Jennifer Monserrate who had also sought exemption has been granted 2 months extension from appearance before the Court. The matter came for hearing before the special court today. Next hearing in the matter is scheduled on Jan 24. Both Babush and Jennifer Monserrate had sought permanent exemption from appearance in the case.
