While dismissing the plea, court observed that examination of the victim girl is already complete. Monserrate was charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act for allegedly raping a teenage girl in 2016. The services will be operated at Goa’s Dabolim International Airport, Aeroflot said in a statement. Besides Goa, the Russian carrier will also operate direct flights from Moscow to Delhi.
