The COVID19 fatalities continued in Goa with three more patients succumbing to the virus while 286 new cases were recorded on Monday. Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Monday launched the online Building Plan Approval Management System (BPAMS) initiated by the Town and Country Planning Department in the presence of Deputy Chief Ministerbabu Kavlekar at  Secretariat, Porvorim.
