Goemkarponn desk PONDA: The Ponda Municipal Council (PMC) today, at the hands of Agriculture Minister Ravi Naik, inaugurated the 1.5 tonnes per day (TPD) capacity garbage treatment plant at its site at Keriya Khandepar with the support of the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA).
