Goemkarponn Desk PANAJI: The Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant today said that casinos, spas and nigh clubs, which were shut since April, will be allowed to resume operations from Monday, September 20 with 50 per cent capacity. However, the Chief Minister clarified that the Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festivals like Sunburn will not be permitted. The statement comes after Task Force on COVID-19 management recommend that government can recommence tourism activities following proper Standard Operating Procedure ( SOPs).
