It may be stated that the surrounding panchayats roads of Bicholim have become a market area with several roadside vendors squatting to sell their products. The worst case is Mayem and Karapur Sarvan, where at least eight to ten vendors were seen sitting throughout the day. “There is no check by the panchayat on these vendors.
