Porvorim: A section of members in Serula communidade and like-minded people have demanded arrest of the accused in one of the biggest landgrab scam which is investigated by Enforcement Directorate. Serula Communidade Treasurer Purushottam Shirodkar has feared that there is threat to the lives of the people who have stood against this scam, and demanded the protection. ANJUNA: Two persons were arrested for brutally murdering two elderly women in their house at Marna, Siolim yesterday night. Marta Clementino Lobo (age 64 years) and Vera Lobo(age 62 years) from Igreza Vaddo, Marna were allegedly murdered by Rovina Julio Lobo(age 29-years) and one Surban Rajabali. A complaint to this effect was filed by Rovina’s Husband, Julio Lobo. Both Rovina and Surban has been arrested and further investigations are on.
