Ponda: The State government has issued orders that the Registered Devasthan are not taking Authorisation from Governor, thus violation of Article 145 and 147 of Devasthan Regulations, Government of Goa. Panaji: The Bombay High Court at Panaji on 21st October issued notice on a fresh PIL filed by the Bodgeshwar Shetkari Sangh, the Tenants Association of Camarcasanacho Bundh, Goa Bachao Abhiyan and the Goa Foundation challenging the preparation of a Land Use Map and Register for the two cities.
